We take over the commissioning of programmed OMRON controls at the customer's site worldwide.

After approval for commissioning, we take the lead during the commissioning phase of the prototype or the projected plant. This efficiently relieves our customers.

Typical procedure

• Connection of all peripheral devices

• Individual function tests of sensors, motors and other signal transmitters

• Testing and optimizing communication with the control system (on a case-by-case basis)

• Testing and optimizing of program functions according to requirements in the functional specification

• Testing of safety functions according to applicable standards

• Adapt process visualization to customer requirements

• Handing over to the operating organization

• Documentation and training on customer request
